Before you arrive
Register now for faster check-in.
Dress code: Cocktail attire.
Plan your ride: We highly recommend rideshare. Parking is limited. Please do not drink and drive.
Browse the auction lots before you arrive.
During the evening
6:30 PM: Doors open and allocated pours begin ($100 for Group 1, $200 for Group 2).
7:00 PM: Wine pull opens ($50 for 1 pull, $140 for 3 pulls).
7:30 PM: Bourbon pull opens ($250 for 1 pull).
Watch your texts
Event and auction updates will come from 79230 throughout the night. Save this number as a contact and check your messages for important announcements.
Know when bidding closes
Check the Charity Auction logo in the top left corner of each lot picture to find its color group and closing time.
9:20 PM: Black Group, lots in the 100s
9:30 PM: Blue Group, lots in the 200s
9:40 PM: Red Group, lots in the 300s
9:50 PM: Green Group, Lot 400 (Michter’s Celebration, signed by Dan McKee)
Stay for the raffle
The drawing is at 10 PM. You must be present to claim your raffle item if you win.
Auction item pickup
If you win an auction item, pick it up at Tower Buckhead (2161 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324) during these times:
Friday, 11/6: 10 AM to 8 PM
Saturday, 11/7: 8 AM to 6 PM
Monday, 11/9: 9 AM to 5 PM
